Job Purpose:

The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and selection of qualified candidates to meet AMF’s staffing needs. The role contributes to workforce planning, employer branding, onboarding, and talent pipeline development, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and alignment with AMF’s HR policies and strategic objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition approval to offer issuance.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and proactive search methods.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers.
  • Ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance throughout all selection processes.
  • Support workforce planning by identifying staffing needs and assessing market talent availability.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct market research on compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and hiring trends.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
  • Ensure timely updates of HR systems and accurate maintenance of employee records.
  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding experience and employee integration.
  • Prepare job postings, interview guides, evaluation forms, and selection materials.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, candidate databases, and HRIS entries.
  • Prepare periodic reports on recruitment KPIs, timelines, and quality of hires.
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners as required.
  • Ensure professional and consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with AMF policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Support updates and enhancements to recruitment policies, workflows, and job profiles.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of candidate and organizational data.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong interviewing skills, with solid knowledge of sourcing platforms and candidate assessment tools.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Certifications

  • Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition Specialist are preferred.
