Under the patronage of H.E. the President of The People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Council of Arab Central Banks and Monetary Authorities' Governors will hold its 47th ordinary session and the subsequent High-Level Roundtable Workshop on Challenges Facing Central Banks: Exploring Monetary and Fiscal Interactions on Sunday and Monday, September 17-18, 2023, respectively, at The International Conference Centre Algiers Abdelatif Rahal, Algeria, hosted by the Bank of Algeria.

To ensure the success of the upcoming meeting and the High-Level Roundtable Workshop, as well as, to provide highest level of comfort amenities to all participants, Arab Monetary Fund presented by the Council of Arab Central Banks and Monetary Authorities' Governors has implemented the following procedures in collaboration with Bank of Algeria:

Venue and Time of the Meeting and the High-Level Roundtable Workshop:

The Council meeting and the High-Level Roundtable Workshop will be held at The International Conference Centre Algiers Abdelatif Rahal - Sahara ballroom on Sunday, Monday September 17-18 2023. Both events will start at 8:30 AM.

 

Meeting Badges:

For security and networking purposes badges for the meeting and the workshop will be provided to all participants. All participants are kindly requested to wear these badges throughout the meeting and the workshop.

 

Travel to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria

Regarding entry visas, Bank of Algeria will arrange for the issuance of the visa support document to help the participants obtain an entry visa to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria from the Algerian embassy or consulate in their respective countries. In case of the absence of a diplomatic mission, the visa will be issued at your nearest consulate or embassy.

For Visa Inquiry, Please send a clear and coloured copy of the first page of your passport along with a clear photograph to Bank of Algeria team email addresses below.

You are kindly requested also to mention in your email if you are a “Head of Delegate” or “Deputy Head of Delegate”, and if you are a holder of a Diplomatic Passport.

Bank of Algeria team will be in contact with you, after processing your visa application, to request you to visit Algerian embassy or consulate in your country. If there is no Algerian Diplomatic mission in your country, Bank of Algeria team will provide you with the required information to receive your visa upon arrival to the airport.
